PROJECT TYPE: MEMBERSHIP MAGAZINE
The challenge: to refresh and reboot an existing membership magazine to drive engagement, motivate readers and become the essential title for 15,000 members of the AA’s accommodation sector quality assurance scheme. We gave the magazine a complete creative overhaul, focusing on – much like the AA scheme itself – quality. We produced a contemporary, visually arresting magazine packed with the kind of industry news, case studies, marketing advice and best practice that accommodation and attraction providers were looking for. The result is a magazine that’s an authority in its field, with reader surveys showing an upsurge in positive feedback.
